The Missing Persons Form should be filled out as completely as possible. For our purposes, the Missing Person is an individual whose fate or whereabouts is unknown and whose life was disrupted by events of the Shoah. Shoah Orphan – For the purposes of this project, an Orphan is somebody was a child before or during World War II AND whose parents' identities or fates are unknown to them, and who may have been placed with non-biological family by an adoption agency or other aid organization. If you were orphaned but believe you were raised by biological family members, please fill out the Contributor Form or Family Representative form for yourself, and a separate Missing Persons Form for each person you seek.
